Terms and Conditions for Affiliate Marketing Program
Welcome to the Affiliate Marketing Program for Azbia education Referral Program. By participating in our referral program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
- Eligibility
- Participation is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
- Affiliates must have a valid bank account or Mobile account to receive commission payments.
- Affiliates must have an active website, blog, or social media presence.
- Enrollment
- To join the affiliate program, you must complete and submit the application form on our website.
- Approval is at our discretion and we reserve the right to reject any application without providing reasons.
- Affiliate Responsibilities
- Affiliates must use only approved marketing materials provided by www.azbia.pk.
- Affiliates must not engage in any misleading, unethical, or illegal marketing practices.
- Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their referral links are correctly implemented and tracked.
- Referral Process
- Affiliates will receive a unique referral link to track referrals.
- A referral is defined as a new student who enrolls in www.azbia.pk Mobile College or Pocket School through the affiliate’s referral link and completes the admission process.
- Affiliates will be notified of successful referrals via email.
- Commission and Payment
- Affiliates will earn a commission for each successful referral as outlined on our website.
- Commission payments will be made monthly, provided the minimum payout threshold is met.
- Payments will be made via bank transfer or PayPal, as specified during the enrollment process.
- Any disputes regarding commission payments must be raised within 30 days of receipt.
- Prohibited Activities
- Affiliates must not engage in spamming, sending unsolicited emails, or posting referral links on websites or forums where such activities are prohibited.
- Affiliates must not make false or exaggerated claims about Azbia Education programs.
- Affiliates must not use their referral link for self-referrals or fraudulent activities.
- Intellectual Property
- Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use www.azbia.pk’s trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our referral program.
- Affiliates must not modify or alter any trademarks, logos, or marketing materials.
- Termination
- Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with or without cause.
- Upon termination, affiliates must cease using all promotional materials and remove any referral links from their website or social media.
- Commissions earned prior to termination will be paid in accordance with the standard payment schedule.
- Limitation of Liability
- Azbia Education will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate program.
- Our liability for direct damages will be limited to the total commissions earned by the affiliate in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- Amendments
- We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.
- Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
- Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan
- Any disputes arising from the affiliate program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan
