Refund Policy

Introduction:

Azbia Education, the mobile learning platform of Mobile College Pakistan, strives to provide high-quality educational experiences to its users. However, we understand that there may be times when a user needs to request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which we will grant refunds to our users for course purchases made on our platform.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds may be considered valid under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing access to a course or its contents.
  • Dissatisfaction with the quality of a course or its contents.
  • Duplicate purchase of the same course or service.

Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, a user is requested to contact our support team at support@azbia.pk with the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Name(s) of the course(s) purchased
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason(s) for requesting a refund

We will review such requests and respond within 5 business days. If a refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Refund Ineligibility:

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Refunds requested after 3 days of purchase.
  • Technical issues resulting from the device or internet connection of a user.
  • Change(s) in the circumstance(s) that has prevented a user from completing the course(s).
  • Course(s) or service(s) purchased during promotional or discounted periods.
  • Course(s) or service(s) that have been partially completed.

Access to Courses:

  • Upon approval of a refund request, access to the course or service for which the refund has been issued will be revoked.
  • Users who receive a refund will no longer have access to the course materials, assessments, or any other associated content.

Dispute Resolution:

  • In a dispute arising from a refund request, Azbia Education reserves the right to review the case and make a final decision.
  • Users need to abide by the decision made by Azbia Education regarding refund requests.

  • All refunds are subject to our discretion.
  • This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes to this policy shall be communicated by posting the new policy and/or amended clauses of the policy on our platform.
