1.Establishment must be operational
2.worker as defined under the definition of worker given in Worker Welfare Fund Ordinance 1971
3.Worker having at least 3 Years cumulative service
4.Worker must be registered with EDBl or SESSI
5.Worker must be in Service at the time of Submission of application form
6.Student must be real child of worker.
7.Student must be enrolled as aregular student in the educational Institute
